UCERT has been granted permission (decision NO.433/26-1-2021 by the management board of E.O.P.P.E.P.) to realize Port and Land Docker Professional Certification Examinations. This decision comes to cover the K.Y.A. (Joint Ministerial Decision) No 228536/O.G.G. (Official Government Gazette) B12 (10-1-2018) vacancy, which describes the general educational and certification frame of the relevant professional scheme.
Docker Professional Training Programs are developed and provided in order to ameliorate the candidate’s technical capabilities, their adjustment to new technological developments and to offer them the appropriate expertise on health, security, work, quality upgrade and productivity matters. Everyone belonging in the Port and Land Docker Registry A and Registry B can attend the Docker Professional Training Program. The Port and Land Docker skills certification is realized by E.O.P.P.E.P. or other E.SY.D. (Hellenic Accreditation System) certified bodies according to the ISO/IEC 17024 after the successful completion of the familiar Professional Training Program. The Port and Land Docker Professional Training Program is divided in two (2) Parts, a Theoretical and a Practical one, and its duration is one hundred and fifty (150) hours. The duration of the Theoretical Part is one hundred and twenty (120) hours, and the length of the Practical Part is thirty (30) hours.
